 Osama Elhamshary joined CCIT in September 2007. Mr. Elhamshary has more than 15 years of consulting and industrial experience in transportation engineering, project management, and strategic urban planning in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining CCIT, Mr. Elhamshary worked for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in the Divisions of Traffic Operations, Research and Innovation and Program & Project Management. He received his Ph.D. in transportation engineering from Ohio State University. He has taught transportation and civil engineering at the graduate and undergraduate level. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
