Steve is seasoned administrator, educator, and scientist with more than twenty years of UC experience. He joined CCIT in November 2007. During his university career, Steve has worked at the Berkeley and Santa Barbara campuses, the UC Office of the President, and Cooperative Extension performing a variety of administrative duties ranging from the development of operating procedures, to contracts, grants, and budget analysis, and major projects management. As a scientist, with a background in soils, Steve has also been a lecturer and the coordinator of an academic program emphasizing undergraduate research in the environmental sciences.
As a CCIT team member, Steve is responsible for coordinating administrative operations as well as analysis of the policy implications associated with the “human dimensions” of accelerating mobility deployment. He likes to think of it as studying where the rubber meets the road.
