Xiaohong Pan is an assistant development engineer at CCIT. Prior to joining CCIT in 2007, she worked as a graduate research assistant at the Department of City and Regional Planning (DCRP) and the Highway Safety Research Center (HSRC) of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been working on projects related to transportation planning, transportation safety, and ITS development etc. Ms. Pan holds dual masters degrees, one in transportation engineering from the National University of Singapore and the other in regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
